mariakeck.com is operated by DotRoll Ltd. DotRoll hereby informs visitors and users of the website about its data management practices, the measures taken to protect data and the remedies available to users.

Scope of the data processed
When you visit and read our website, the start and end time of your visit is automatically recorded. The scope of the recorded data may include the visitor’s browser, operating system data, the user’s IP address and the name of the page from which our website was accessed, depending on the settings of the user’s device. This data cannot be used to identify the visitor and is not linked to any personal data, it is only used for statistical purposes.
Anyone can visit the website without having to provide any personal data beyond the technically automatic processing.
The mariakeck.com website sends a cookie to the visitor’s device. Cookies are not used for commercial purposes by DotRoll.
The mariakeck.com site only asks for personal data (name, e-mail) when sending messages or subscribing to newsletters, the authenticity of which is not verified. DotRoll does not disclose personal data to third parties or visitors to the site.

Duration of processing
Session IDs are automatically deleted when the browser is closed, the user can delete his/her own cookie at any time. Cookies may be automatically deleted depending on the browser setting.
Who has access to the data, data processors
The personal data provided by users and the data automatically collected for technical operations may only be accessed by the data controller, i.e. DotRoll staff.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties by the controller, unless the user has provided his/her personal data for such a purpose. In the case of mandatory data transfers required by law, DotRoll will, before responding to each request for data from public authorities, verify for each individual data whether there is a legal basis for the transfer and, if necessary, seek the opinion of the data protection authority.
The user is entitled to modify the data provided at any time.
The name and e-mail address of the data subject are not public and are not accessible to third parties.
Rights of data subjects in relation to the processing of their personal data
Access
All data subjects can request information about the processing of their personal data. The controller shall, upon request, provide the data subject with written information within 30 days on the data processed, the purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing, the name and address (registered office) of the data processor and the activities related to the processing, as well as the persons who receive or have received the data and the purposes for which the data are processed. All these rights can only be granted after prior identification.
Correction and deletion
You can send your requests, statements and complaints regarding data processing to support@dotroll.com.
Data subjects may request in writing the rectification and erasure of their personal data (name, e-mail). The controller will reply to these requests as soon as possible, but not later than one week. Deletion is possible if the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing. The controller shall reply to the erasure request by e-mail as soon as possible and at the latest within one week of receipt of the objection.
Portability of data
Data subjects may request in writing that the personal data they have provided to the controller be made available in a commonly used machine-readable format.
The controller shall make it available to the data subject within 30 days of the request.
Data security measures
DotRoll stores the personal data on the Internet service provider server (https://dotroll.com/hu) of DotRoll Kft. (1148 Budapest, Fogarasi út 3-5., company registration number: 01-09-882068, tax number: 13962982-2-42).

If you feel that your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated by DotRoll, please contact support@dotroll.com.
They may also pursue their claim before a civil court or seek the assistance of the Data Protection Authority (DPA).

DotRoll will process your personal data only in accordance with this privacy statement and the applicable data protection legislation.
Clause
The controller reserves the right to change its privacy policy. This may occur if the scope of services is extended or if required by law. The change of processing shall not imply a processing of personal data other than for the purposes for which they were collected. DotRoll will publish this information on its website at least 15 days in advance.
